Sunday we returned from holidays and I decided I needed to make something new! My sister Sarah taught me to make this quilt when I was in Sydney at Christmas. I made 3 for a customer but forgot to take photos of them! When I returned I bought a series of fabrics with the intention of making some more but it didn't get roung to it due to orders. The only thing I did differently on this one is I quitled it on the machine not by hand.
This a suoer cute growth chart I made for a little girl called Lia last week. It's super cute. Her mummy asked for a cream house, a blonde dog like a labrador, ladybug, swing on a branch and roses.
This is a large pillow case sent off to the States a while back. Normally I make a smaller version 16'x14' instead this one is a standard large pillow slip for the bed. I didn't have the right size insert as ours are different here so it's not properly filled in the photo. I certainly would like to find the time to make some more of these, especially with some designs for the boys!
I started these pouches last October and only just managed to finish them a couple of weeks ago!! I used my scraps to create these and then hand quilted them.
